Referrals

We value our partnership with GPs and appreciate your role in early assessment, investigation, and referral of patients with urological concerns.

Referrals to Urology Institute can be made in two ways — depending on your preference and the needs of your patient:

General referral:
If you simply want your patient assessed promptly, refer to Urology Institute.
Our triage team will allocate the most appropriate urologist based on subspecialty expertise, urgency, and clinic availability.

Named referral:
If your patient has a preferred specialist or you wish to refer to a specific urologist, please note this clearly in your referral.
We will ensure it is directed to that consultant’s clinic.

Our goal is to make access to specialist care as efficient as possible — whether you refer generally to Urology Institute or directly to one of our surgeons.
